PIKE COUNTY DOMESTIC RELATIONS SECTION CONFERENCE OFFICER: The Pike County Domestic Relations Section/Probation Office is accepting applications together with resume for 2017 openings within the Domestic Relations Section of the Court. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, possess a bachelor’s degree from a state accredited college or university, and a valid PA driver’s license. The position is responsible for establishing child and spousal support/alimony after an initial Support Conference. Probation/Conference Officers must conduct a procedural conference with the parties and their Attorney in order to establish child/spousal support entitlement based on civil guidelines and supporting case law. The Support conference will require a Probation/Conference Officer, trained in Pennsylvania Child Support law, meeting with a plaintiff and defendant to mediate in confrontational and adversarial family issues. This individual will function as a team member of the Penn State Extension 4-H Team in Pike County and the statewide 4-H Youth Development Team. The Pike County Area Agency on Aging is currently accepting applications for a full time Aging Care Manager Supervisor I position. If you enjoy helping people and advocate for home and community based care, this is the right position for you. This is a civil service position requiring 3 years of experience in public or private social work, and a Bachelors; OR an equivalent combination of experience and training including successful completion of 12 semester hours of college level courses in sociology social welfare, psychology, gerontology or other related sciences. This position is responsible to oversee the delivery of a range of services provided to consumers by our Agency and contractors. You would be responsible to review and analyze case records for completeness and adherence to standards. You would also train and supervise staff, prepare reports, and collaborate with nurse consultants, other professionals and various state and local organizations involved in social services. This job requires Computer skills necessary for data entry of consumers care plan management. Some travel required. Mileage reimbursement available.
