Position Description
Watershed Specialist
Pike County Conservation District is accepting applications for a full-time Watershed Specialist. The District is seeking a motivated, organized individual who is able to manage multiple projects and has a keen interest, experience and educational background in water or natural resource management to coordinate and manage the District’s water resource program including in-field monitoring and community outreach.  This is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor’s Degree in environmental science, water resource management, or similar field plus one year of relevant experience. Position requires strong motivation and initiative, excellent communication and project management skills, organizational abilities, and computer knowledge. Work at remote field sites including in-stream work and areas with rough terrain and outdoor work during inclement weather is part of the position responsibilities. A valid/current Pennsylvania driver’s license, Child Abuse History Clearances, and Drug Clearance are required. Some night and weekend work hours may be required as part of the position. Probation Officer
The Pike County Probation Office is accepting applications with resume for the position of Probation Officer. Community Health Nurse

Aging Care Manager I & II

The Pike County Area Agency on Aging is currently accepting applications for a Full Time and Part Time Aging Care Manager I and II positions. If you enjoy helping people and advocate for home and community based care, this is the right position for you. This is a civil service position requiring 3 years of experience in public or private social work, and a Bachelors; OR an equivalent combination of experience and training including successful completion of 12 semester hours of college level courses in sociology social welfare, psychology, gerontology or other related sciences. This position is responsible to coordinate home and community based range of services provided to consumers by our Agency and contractors.
